Job Responsibilities:
1. Achieve the annual operational goals set by the company based on its strategic development objectives.
2. Fully responsible for the daily operation and service management of apartments & villas, maintaining customer relationships, and improving the quality of property services.
3. Manage various departmental teams (customer service, security, engineering, cleaning, and functional departments), coordinate employee relations across departments, conduct interviews and team-building activities to ensure efficient work.
4. Coordinate and communicate with clients, local communities, neighborhood committees, and government departments, promptly addressing reasonable customer requests and suggestions, and establishing good public relations.
5. Supervise, control, and correct project site operations quality, develop action plans, continuously improve operational quality, and be responsible for the overall service quality of the projects under your management.
6. Prepare the project’s annual budget, monitor the financial income and expenses, supervise project fee collection, control various costs, and maintain a balanced budget for the project.
Job Requirements:
1. Proficient in both Chinese and English, able to communicate fluently in both spoken and written forms.
2. Preferably with experience in managing high-end apartment or residential projects.
3. At least five years of experience in property management, with a minimum of two years in a property manager role.
4. Familiar with property-related laws and regulations.
5. Strong overall capabilities, with strong analytical skills, and able to comprehensively manage various tasks.
Salary: 2000$-3000$(Negotiable )
