Key Responsibilities: • Greetings and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office • Answer, and forward incoming phone calls • Supervise cleaners to ensure indoor and outdoor ground floor cleanliness. • Manage the opening/closing of the rolling door and inspect office equipment. • Prepare and clean meeting rooms before and after use. • Oversee receptionist’s outbound records messenger and update weekly reports. • Assist in managing and distributing office supplies. • Report on malfunctioning office equipment. • Handle incoming deliveries and notify recipients. • Support other departments with administrative tasks. • Other tasks assigned by Superior/Manager. Qualifications: • Fresh Graduate in administration or another related field is preferred • Customer service attitude • Friendly and fast learner • With working experience in receptionist work is a plus
