Job Responsibilities: - Ensure to follow by daily Skybar checklist, daily assigned shift, monthly roster, Day-off, break time, and lunch time properly. - Manage quality of drinks and speed of service to follow by company SOP and to ensure drink is prepared and served in line with company standards & recipes. - Ensure to check for readiness of rooftop area to ensure its kept clean, organized, welcoming, and organizing handout pool towels. - Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant, display glassware, and tables. - Ensure to promote drinks/food to customer for up selling to increase revenue. - Comply with all cash handling procedures and balance register daily according to accounting procedures abide by the strictest standards. - Effectively record of meal counts, cash collected, and deposits on a daily basis. - Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at end of day. Job Requirement: - Language: Good command of Khmer, English, other language is a plus. - Computer literacy: Proficiency in POS, Microsoft office and Email.
