Responsibilities: • Report check-out rooms immediately after inspection by Telegram • Clean guest rooms according to the procedure • Ensure that guest preferences are met at all times • Pick up service areas, pantries, corridors, and exit stairwells on a regular basis • Keep the service area, pantry, and trolleys clean and tidy • Exchange the linen with the laundry • Report any fixtures or other items that need maintenance repair to the supervisor or manager • Report any guest illnesses or accidents • Report the minibar consumption to the supervisor or manager • Be alert for suspicious characters in the hallways and report them immediately to the supervisor or manager • Attend to guest calls, guest requests, and guest complaints in the assigned area • Be authorized to enter guest rooms for cleaning and providing turndown services as required • Be responsible for following the standard operating procedures • Be responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score • Update the status of rooms cleaned on the assignment sheet Return and restock the cart at the end of the shift
Requirements: • Service-orientated, with a pleasing personality and leadership capabilities • Good health, a neat and pleasant appearance • Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel and experience working with hotel software is an added advantage
