Manage fresh product quality and freshness standards, including ordering, receiving, rotation, and spoilage control. Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to improve performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., purchasing, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
