ទីកន្លែងការងារ៖ នៅហ្គារ៉ាសឡាន ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ ៣ ជិតវត្តជន្លង់ម្លូរ ហួសរង្វង់មូលចោមចៅ
ភារៈកិច្ច និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ/ Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist HR Manager and management team in Internal Rule and HR policy reviewed and updated;
2. Manage, control and prepare the payroll, OT, payday and other benefits;
3. Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a recruitment process;
4. Monitor all related employee onboarding and out-boarding processes;
5. Discuss career-pathing options with high-potential employees and conduct skill gap analyses to determine personal needs;
6. Arrange the training to all employees;
7. Liaise with other managers to understand all necessary aspect of their learning and development needs, and to ensure they are fully informed of cooperate;
learning and developing objectives;
8. Organize annual performance review;
9. Assist in employee retention and development;
10. Oversee exit interviews to identify the cause of turnover, calculate employee. engagement metrics, like retention and turnover;
11. Deliver and report to the annual employee engagement survey to ensure feedback from employees in collated and interpreted correctly to help improve employee
engagement.
12. Ensure the implementation of HR policies, rule and regulation and procedure to ensure they are correctly practiced for the whole company;
13. Other task assigned by line manager.
