Shop Cashier (Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville) Salary + Commission

Goldman Jewelry Co., Ltd. specializes in supplying high-quality with modern designs of gold and jewelry. The company is an exclusive distributor of CHJ Jewelry, a respected fashion jewelry brand from China. Main Goals: Comprehensively implemented for cashier (cash, card swiping, alipay/wechat pay) work in the store by provide the effective and professional transaction experience and after sales service for customer to ensure customer have an excellent experience. Job Descriptions: 1. Review the sales bill and calculate products then transaction the amounts. 2. Receive all customer payment methods (cash, card swiping, alipay/wechat pay) and follow the procedure of transaction in / out in cashier counter. 3. Check the cash receive from customer to avoid counterfeit and make sure the card swiping or alipay/wechat pay is well received. 4. Accurately input all the details of customer purchase products and amount into ERP system for print the guarantee card for after sales. 5. Make the daily shifting report and monthly report. 6. Follow the work flow of cashier, do the daily calculation and counting jobs of products in shop, if have any wrong amount, must direct inform to shop supervisor / shop manager. 7. Do the report of shop (branch) daily expenses. 8. Handle the cash in counter and pass it to shop supervisor or shop manager when end of work for keep in safety box. 9. When customer do the call at cashier counter then need to prepare the paper and pen for customer. 10. When customer stop around cashier counter area, need to proactive to ask any help you can support to the customer. 11. Keep cashier report confidential and not related staff can’t enter to cashier area. 12. Attend the briefing every day before and after work, include for weekly and monthly meeting if needed.
Qualifications: 1. Female is encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Chinese is the priority. 2. Basic Requirement: Good looking person, charismatic, positive mindset, proactive, have a strong sense of responsibility, work in details, good communication skill and management skill. 3. Experience in Cashier or related fields, doing sales and report. 4. Knowledge: Understand about CHJ brand management and culture. Familiar with Gold and Jewelry shop operation procedure, as well as the procedure of money transaction. 5. Good in handling transaction and reporting. 6. Sensitive to the numbers, able to do fast calculation and accurate. 7. Familiar with using calculator and counting money skill. 8. Professionalism: Details person, stable, proactive, good communicator, good intonation when speak and have a good memory. 9. Self-discipline and self-learning skill.
Recruitments of Position: Shop Cashier (Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville) Phnom Penh Working Hours: 10am – 9pm (8 days off/month) Sihanoukville Working Hours: 10am – 10pm (10 days off/month) Superior: Shop Supervisor / Shop Manager Salary $320-$450 + Commission + Full Attendance Bonus
