S.liquor is seeking for potential individul to fulfil postion of Customer Loyalty Program Co-Ordinator Salary: 500$_800$ Responsibilities • Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure they align with the program's goals and customer expectations. • Analyze customer data and behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for program enhancement. • Plan and execute loyalty campaigns, including promotions, special offers, and exclusive events. • Communicate with customers regarding loyalty program benefits, updates, and promotions through various channels, including email, social media, and in-store communications. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and content that align with the loyalty program's objectives. • Analyse customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing existing loyalty programs or introducing new ones. Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong understanding of customer loyalty programs and best practices. • Proven experience in developing and managing customer loyalty programs within the retail business. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Creative problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
