About the Role
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with a passion for crafting intuitive and visually appealing experiences across both web applications and native mobile applications (Android & iOS). You will play a key role in designing products that empower our eCommerce and CRM platforms, as well as promotional websites, to deliver exceptional user experiences.
If you are fluent in both Thai and English, and have a solid understanding of business needs in eCommerce and CRM/Promotions, this will be a significant plus in our consideration.
Responsibilities • Design user interfaces for web applications and native mobile apps (Android & iOS) that align with business goals and user needs. • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and detailed UI specifications. • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate as needed. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to translate product requirements into intuitive designs. • Ensure design consistency across different platforms and devices. • Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and best practices. • Contribute to the development of our design system and guidelines. • Understand and integrate business logic from eCommerce, CRM, and Promotion strategies into user-centric designs.
Qualifications • Proven experience (3+ years) as a UX/UI Designer in designing web and mobile native applications. • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent. • Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and user-centered design principles. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Fluency in Thai and English (spoken and written) is highly preferred. • Knowledge and understanding of eCommerce, CRM, and promotion-based websites is a strong advantage. • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a bonus.
