-Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering professional development and a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure warehouse performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments, including procurement and distribution, to streamline supply chain processes.
• Manage budget and costs associated with warehouse operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing operational improvements and efficiency strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret data and make sound decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff and executive management.
Salary range: 800 USD up
