Main Responsibilities: • Maintain and develop web-based applications. • Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. • Collaborate with the team to define, design, and implement new features. • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs. • Maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and automation. • Handle IT-related requirements and support across the company. Position Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. • Experience: Proven experience in web development. • Skills: o Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP; experience with ASP is a plus. o Familiarity with MS SQL database servers is preferred. o Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions. o Understanding of Object-Oriented Design and principles. o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. o Understanding of design principles and interface guidelines. Personal Qualities: • Strong problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
