Your job description include:
- Reservation and Booking Coordination
- Itinerary Planning and Customization
- Customer Support and Communication
- Supplier and Vendor Coordination
- Administrative Support
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (often preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English.
Proficiency in booking and reservation software.
Knowledge of Cambodian tourist destinations, travel regulations, and local suppliers.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle unexpected situations.
