1. Ensure to provide high level of customer service to residents/tenant while adhering to company standards and procedures 2. Perform periodic inspections of the properties to ensure the functioning of building systems, minimizing hazardous conditions and secure safety and security of property, and update the annual and monthly maintenance work plan. 3. Develops annual operating budgets and monitors operational expenses on a regular basis and implements strategies to ensure expenditures remain within prescribed budgets 4. Identifying and resolving resident/tenant complaints and matters, plus reporting key concerns requiring actions to management 5. Arranging for maintenance repairs for existing residential, vacated/ rental units to achieve occupancy standards. 6. Secures property by enforce the security patrol service, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies. 7. Develop housekeeping schedule and executive day-to-day cleaning works at public area and private unit and service delivery 8. Collect and clear all the outstanding service fee from the previous year(s) and update the payment collection progressing 9. Participant in improving the building facilities (Fire-alarm configuration, parking system, sound proof at the coaling tower, post-paid system, additional camera at PA…etc) 10. Performing all other duties as assigned by management
