Key Responsibilities :
-Daily Operational Monitoring: Oversee daily operations across the mall, ensuring all areas, including common spaces, restrooms, food courts, and tenant areas, adhere to quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
-Quality Audits: Perform regular spot checks and audits to identify areas for improvement, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to address issues.
-Process Improvement: Identify minor operational inefficiencies and recommend changes to enhance service delivery and improve visitor satisfaction.
-Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors (e.g., cleaning, security, parking) to ensure they follow mall standards and address any immediate operational concerns.
-Customer Feedback Response: Handle customer complaints or issues related to mall facilities and cleanliness. Work with the customer service team to ensure swift resolution and prevent recurring problems.
-Documentation and Reporting: Maintain logs of daily inspections, incidents, and quality issues. Report findings and recommendations to the Operations Manager for follow-up.
Qualifications:
-Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Quality Management, Operations, or related fields is a plus.
-Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role within quality control, facilities management, retail, or hospitality. Experience in a mall or similar setting is preferred.
-Salary : Negotiate Base On Experience
-Working Hour : 8:00 - 17:00 or 13:00 - 22:00
