Main Duties and Responsibilities • Prepares, implements and compiles data for the strategic sales and marketing plan, monthly reporting, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required • Analyzes competition, market trends, customer needs and comments to provide appropriate product/service • Look after the company’s social media footprint, creating and driving social media activity through all the major social media sites • Develops and implements engagement strategies for corporates, travel agencies, OTAs, etc with a view of establishing good working relationships, translating to sales for the property. • Actively participates in sales presentations, property tours and customer meetings • Serves as community events organizer for the property. • Participates in community and professional organizations to maintain high visibility and promote a positive image *Job requirements • At least 2 years experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager • Bachelor's Degree • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills • University graduate majoring in Marketing/Trade/Business/Economic • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
