Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Phnom Penh. The ideal
candidate will be confident, persuasive, and eager to challenge themselves in a competitive
environment. This role involves daily engagement with distributors across Phnom Penh and various
provinces, handling showroom and service center activities, and actively promoting our products to
new channels and partners.
Objectives of this Role:
• Conduct daily prospecting of distributors in Phnom Penh and other provinces.
• Manage daily activities in the showroom and service center.
• Communicate effectively with customers at the reception and through phone, email, and chat
platforms.
• Professionally resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Present company' products to potential distributors and partners
• Research and identify new channels to expand the brand’s presence.
• Participate in external showcases and events.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with distributors to keep them updated on the latest products.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare commercial documents, including distributor information, quotations, and invoices.
• Organize and coordinate marketing and promotional activities with the marketing department.
Key Skills and Qualities:
• Strong self-confidence and a persuasive communication style.
• Passion for challenging oneself and achieving targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within Phnom Penh and other provinces.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Drive and communication platforms.
• Fluent in Khmer and English; other languages are a plus.
