JOB DESCRIPTION: - Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of two Sales Representatives, providing guidance, support, and motivation. - Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of the sales team, ensuring they meet their targets and objectives. - Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize relevant training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. - Sales Strategy Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company goals. - Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and threats and adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and sales network partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and present them to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations. - Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the sales team or with customers. - Network Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with the sales network across the territory. - Product Launch Activities: Organize and execute activities to launch products into the market, ensuring they reach the target customers. - Market Monitoring: Oversee product displays in the market to ensure optimal visibility and presentation. - Product Demonstrations: Plan and conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. - Competitor Analysis: Track and analyze competitor activities and movements to stay ahead in the market. - Market Research: Study market trends and constraints to develop and implement competitive sales strategies. - Key Selling Points: Identify and leverage key selling points to gain a competitive edge in the market. - Sales Campaigns: Participate in various sales and promotional campaigns organized by the company and its business partners. - Market Surveys: Conduct market surveys to gather insights and understand market trends.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. - Proven experience in a supervisory role within sales. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in using sales software and tools, as well as general computer applications. - Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills. - Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. - High level of integrity and ethical standards. - Willingness to travel as required to oversee sales activities and meet with customers and partners.
