Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, customer visits).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Present product information in a clear and persuasive manner, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
Collect market data and customer feedback.
Represent the company professionally at industry events and trade shows (when applicable).
Compensation:
Base Salary: $300 per month
Commission: 1.5% - 3% commission on sales revenue.
Commission rate may vary based on individual performance and achievement of sales targets.
