Job description
- Planning Function
- Setting sales targets and sales budgets on Annually > Quarterly > Monthly > Weekly > Daily basis in alignment with overall company targets
- Enquiry / Lead generation planning to achieve sales targets
- Prepare sales incentive scheme based on target achievement
- Sales Function
- Drive sales team members to achieve individual targets
- Deliver revenue and gross margins
- Develop sales pipeline for monthly sales for current and new vehicles
- Manage Sale Showroom(s)
- Demonstrate product to customers as required
- Plan and execute sales activities to drive sales
- Clear knowledge and understanding of sales process
- Create and maintain daily sales reports
- Customer Management
- Ability to close sales with customers
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve them
- Develop good understanding and relationship with all customers
- Rental Program Management
- Develop, operate and manage vehicle rental program
- Team Management
- Manage, Train sales team
- Support team in closing sales and achieving monthly targets
- Roster planning including for public holidays
- Reporting
- Report to the head of Sales and Marketing team, and CEO when necessary
Job requirements
- Minimum of 5-6 years of sales manager experience
- Experience in the 3 wheeler industry is highly preferred
- Experience in 2 wheeler , Agri Machinery(Tractors) industry or Auto Industry is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Khmer
- Compensation : Salary + Incentive based on target achievement
