Job Title: Senior HR Officer (Real Estate Industry)
Location: Chhroychangva
Reports to: Assistant GM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior HR Officer with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry, to support HR functions and ensure efficient HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
*Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
*Assist in managing compensation and benefits programs.
*Maintain accurate HR records.
*Support HR projects aimed at improving workplace culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
*Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
*Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations.
*Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
