Responsibilities:
Conduct training and prepare customer support centre representatives to respond to customer questions, complaints and troubleshoot problems with services or product.
Ensure officers/executives understand and comply with all customer support centre objectives, performance standards, and policies.
Answer staff questions regarding best practices or difficult calls.
Identify operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
Prepare reports and analyse data to assist management as they determine customer support centre goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required
Must be prepared to work on rotating shifts.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Computer literacy i.e. Khmer and English Typing, MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
Fluent in speaking and writing English
Willing to learn
Responsible and diligent
