• Daily Operations: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the spa, including scheduling, staff management, and customer service. • Menu Development and Pricing: Collaborate with Spa & Clubhouse Manager to create innovative and appealing menus that meet customer preferences and industry trends. Determine pricing strategies that balance profitability with customer value. • Customer Service: Ensure all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive experience. • Staff Supervision: Supervise and support spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and attendants. • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of spa supplies and products. • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment. • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of service and product quality. • Client Relations: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively. • Training: Assist in training and developing spa staff to ensure they meet the clubhouse's standards. • Collaboration: Work closely with the Spa / Clubhouse Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations and cohesive guest experience. • Perform other tasks as required by management.
