Responsibilities:
• To develop and initiate therapeutic intervention consistent with customer needs.
• To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all time
• To perform massage or treatments on guests with professionalism, care, and attentiveness to each client’s
• To perform any reasonable request made by a guest; this service will be restricted to body massage only,
• NO OTHER SERVICE.
• Responsible for the performance of body massage under the Spa methods.
• Responsible for the performance of facial and body treatments as instructed under our production methods.
• Responsible for the performance of both manicure and pedicure.
• To analyze and consult on skincare with clients, based on recommended skin types products
• To promote and sell products.
• To attend the daily/weekly briefing and staff meeting as requested.
• To report lost properties to the housekeeping office and Security office in accordance with the
hotel’s procedures.
• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health,
and safety.
• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s employees’ rules and regulations.
• To follow all approved SPA’s SOPs following Caravan Hotel standard of safety and quality.
• To join a 15-Minute daily departmental training program and have multi-skills.
• To organize and perform all spa treatments as assigned on the working schedule.
• To be fully aware of the daily booking and to update any changes to the reception/Spa Supervisor.
• To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all equipment and work units.
Requirements:
• Certificate of spa vocational training or on-the-job training with a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a therapist in a well-known spa or hotel spa.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
• Knowledge of different massage techniques, facial treatments, manicures, and pedicures.
• Be able to work with a flexible timeframe and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of English of Spa terminology.
• Organizational skills.
• Communication skills.
• Attention-to-details.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
