Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training programs for playground staff including play supervisors, safety officers, customer service teams, and maintenance personnel.
• Train staff on child safety, behavior management, emergency procedures, hygiene protocols, and first aid.
• Conduct regular refresher trainings and workshops to reinforce best practices.
• Onboard new hires with hands-on orientation and role-specific training.
• Monitor employee performance and identify training gaps and needs.
• Create, update, and maintain training manuals and SOPs.
• Organize team-building activities and staff development sessions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
• Act as a liaison between management and staff to promote a positive, child-focused environment.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in education, Child Psychology, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven experience in training, especially in environments involving children, recreation, or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of child development, safety protocols, and emergency response.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
• Flexible, hands-on, and enthusiastic approach to working in a child-centric environment.
• Passion for child development and experiential learning.
• Familiarity with local safety and sanitation guidelines for recreational spaces
• English communicate is a plus
• Computer & Communication skills
• Knowledge Canva & Google Drive
• Be able to work on Public Holiday
