Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Admin & Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills and the ability to support daily office operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Handle general administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and office coordination. • Assist in communication, scheduling meetings, and supporting internal teams. • Manage office supplies, logistics, and other related tasks. • Prepare reports and maintain records as required. • Communicate effectively in Chinese (both written and spoken) for internal and external coordination. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role. • Proficiency in Chinese (speaking and writing) is required. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Good communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
