Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Market Growth
• Develop and execute growth strategies for GOODY’s exclusive beauty brands.
• Define brand positioning, target audience, and unique selling points to differentiate from competitors.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.
Sales & Revenue-Driven Marketing
• Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, influencer collaborations, digital marketing, and in-store activations.
• Work with the marketing and retail teams to create sales-focused brand strategies.
• Ensure that marketing campaigns directly contribute to revenue growth and brand visibility.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
• Monitor brand performance metrics such as sales trends, engagement rates, and customer feedback.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for better results.
• Report key insights and make data-driven recommendations to management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the sales, retail, and digital marketing teams to ensure alignment.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to execute brand strategies effectively.
• Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand reach.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in brand growth, marketing strategy, or sales-driven brand management (beauty or retail industry preferred)
• Proven experience in driving brand awareness and sales through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and campaign performance.
• Experience in launching and managing marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and promotions.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Passion for the beauty industry and understanding of beauty consumer trends.
working Day: 8:30PM-5:30PM ( Monday-Friday)&Saturday Half
Location: Toul Tompong, Phnom Penh
