KEY DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES ● Acquisition and Retention Initiatives: ○ Spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative strategies to attract and retain drivers, utilizing both online and offline channels. ● Driver Acquisition: ○ Take charge of on-the-ground efforts to recruit new drivers, ensuring a smooth and streamlined onboarding experience. ○ Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to track and improve the effectiveness of driver acquisition advertising campaigns. ● Telesales Optimization: ○ Continuously enhance telesales scripts based on performance data and feedback, maximizing their efficiency and impact. ○ Actively engage with the telesales team to guarantee scripts are used effectively and deliver optimal results. ● Driver Relationships ○ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with driver leaders to bolster driver retention and satisfaction. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: ○ Collaborate with multiple departments on special projects focused on driver acquisition and retention. ● Issue Resolution: ○ Promptly escalate and track on-ground or driver-related issues to ensure timely resolution and minimize disruptions. ● Driver Education & Onboarding: ○ Manage and optimize the education and onboarding processes for new and existing drivers, ensuring training materials are clear, comprehensive, and accessible across all service categories.
