Accounting Duties:
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices and bank reconciliations,
with the Finance Manager for tax declarations.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Work with the management team for budget planning, financial projection, and the
company’s financial report.
• Help monitor and manage petty cash and expense claims.
• Prepare and submit tax forms and assist in statutory filings as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely processing of financial data.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and
reports.
Administrative Duties:
• Maintain and organize company records, including contracts and financial documents.
• Coordinate office operations, such as ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, and
handling correspondence.
• Assist with HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding.
• Support management with ad hoc financial and administrative tasks.
•Other duties assigned by line manager.
Requirement:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices (e.g., IFRS or GAAP).
• Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles, preferably with expertise in
invoicing, payment processing, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Localize, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and time management skills.
