Accounting Operations: • Supervise daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries. • Oversee monthly and annual financial closing and reporting processes • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow and petty cash. • Review process payments, invoices, and expense reimbursements. • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and tax filings. • Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate depreciation. • Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax laws and financial regulations. • Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Administrative Support: • Oversee office administrative functions such as supply management, correspondence, and filing. • Act as liaison between accounting and other departments. • Prepare and review accounting vouchers to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and workflows. • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Communication & Problem Solving: • Serve as the point of contact for accounting-related inquiries from internal departments. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues in a timely and professional manner. • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment. Reporting • Create detailed financial reports and forecasts. • Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives. • Maintain updated records and organize data into usable information. • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures. • Review accounts monthly, quarterly, and annually to ensure accuracy. Other Duties • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate expenditure tracking. • Oversee and monitor all non-trade purchases. • Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by supervisor/manager
