Job Description:
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
2. Assist customers with product or service-related questions and provide detailed, accurate information.
3. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer
4. satisfaction.
5. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
6. Maintain and update customer records, documenting all interactions and transactions.
7. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
8. Identify opportunities to improve customer service and suggest enhancements to internal processes.
9. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
10. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on changes or new offerings.
Job Requirements:
1 ‐ 2 years of experience as a Customer Service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
