** Responsibilities: - Process spare parts orders - Answer service enquiries by phone, email, social media, chat group, etc… - Provide technical assistance & advice to customers, technicians and gas plumbers - Coordinating service bookings for Customers using our national network of service agents - Learn the company products and services, and build up knowledge on the product and subject - Other tasks & responsibilities as assigned ** Requirements: - Previous experience in office administration, customer service and or a technical supporting role - Exceptional communication skill, verbal and written in Khmer and English. Basic in Chinese is a bonus - Competent in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel, ERP systems - You are self-motivated, positive and have a can-do attitude - Planning and priorities daily objectives - Willing to communicate with international client, and be a part of our Australian team - Willing to learn and support changes for improvement
