Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Te.
• Create and curate engaging content that showcases the offerings and unique aspects of Merton Holiday Inn.
• Analyze social media metrics and feedback to refine strategies and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all campaigns.
OTA Management
• Manage relationships with various OTAs to maximize online bookings and visibility.
• Optimize listings and content on OTA platforms to ensure accuracy and attract potential guests.
• Coordinate with revenue management to align pricing strategies and promotions on OTAs.
• Monitor OTA performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance ranking and booking conversions.
Online Guest Relations
• Serve as the primary contact for online guest inquiries and feedback, providing timely and effective responses.
• Foster strong relationships with guests by addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments to manage and fulfill guest requests, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Promote repeat bookings through personalized follow-ups and tailored communication.
• Assist in organizing guest services, such as airport transfers and special accommodation needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, OTA coordination, and guest relations within the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English and Khmer; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, OTA dynamics, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
