Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise Housekeeping Team: Lead and schedule housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas (condos, hotel rooms, offices) are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
* Quality Control: Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness, addressing any issues or maintenance concerns promptly.
* Inventory Management: Oversee cleaning supplies and equipment, managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all cleaning and sanitation practices meet health and safety standards.
* Guest & Tenant Satisfaction: Respond to specific cleaning requests and maintain a high level of service to ensure satisfaction.
* Team Training & Development: Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching to ensure a high level of performance.
Qualifications:
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or housekeeping management certification is a plus).
* Experience: 2-3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in hospitality or real estate.
* Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage inventory and perform basic administrative tasks.
* Language: English (Can do report, communicate in English)
