Job Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for an organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones The successful candidate will manage marketing initiatives, lead the marketing team, and work closely with other departments to ensure all marketing activities align with overall business goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness, drive growth, and achieve business objectives. • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. • Stay current on market trends, competitors, and industry developments. 2. 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: • Plan, budget, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, events, and partnerships. • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials. • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and generate reports to measure ROI. 3. 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: • Manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of marketing professionals. • Assign tasks, set goals, and review performance of team members. • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment. 4. 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies and activities align with sales goals. • Coordinate with product development, finance, and other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. • Negotiate contracts with vendors and consultants to support marketing projects. 5. 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬: • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs and preferences. • Use data analytics tools to track customer behavior and marketing campaign performance. • Develop buyer personas and customer segmentation strategies. 6. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and more. • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. • Manage the company's online presence and improve SEO strategies. 7. 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: • Prepare and manage the marketing budget. • Allocate budget resources to optimize the impact of marketing activities. • Monitor expenses and reconcile discrepancies.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing role, preferably in a managerial capacity. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, PPC, and analytics tools. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think creatively and innovatively. • Demonstrated experience in managing marketing budgets and campaigns. • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM software, Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms). • Strong analytical and project management skills.
