POSITION: MARKETING SUPERVISOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Joining daily morning briefing with team
- Leading and monitoring marketing team to work efficiency
- Creating and executing advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and events to boom marketing
- Plan, execute, and monitor the sales and marketing campaigns for our products across various channels
- Analyse the market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and improve sales performance up to date
- Coach, train, motivate, and evaluate the sales and marketing team members to achieve their individual and team goals
- Prepare marketing reports, forecasts, and budgets to management or Line Manager
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies, standards, and regulations
- Observe and improve customer complaints and service issues
- Regular visit all RS Retail Stores and partners
- Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, tools, and best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
• People oriented and results driven
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good command in English Proficiency
Education and Experience:
• A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, Enterprise or related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience as Digital Marketing Supervisor and Marketing supervisor in the retail industry
Physical Requirements:
• Must be in good health condition can adapt to heard working
Other Skill Knowledge

• Google Ads
• Digital Advertising

WORKIGN SCHEDUE:
-Working Day: Monday-Saturday
-Working Time: 8:00AM-5:00PM
