KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulating and reviewing administrative policies
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Manage all the company assets and register into asset management data and updated
Supervise all company vehicle and drivers
- Provide good working environment (Proposal of events, preparing and arrangement etc.)
- Manage meeting rooms, taking minute of meeting, need the person who can management to meet deadline.
- Provide technical and logistical support for all administrative personnel
- Work closely purchasing supervisor and operation team and suppliers while maintaining positive supplier relationships to obtain, maintain and update necessary data.
- Carry out the accurate filing, documentation and maintenance of all required records in line with the Company procedures and legal requirements
- Monitor all activities (either personally initiated or through subordinates) related to the maintenance of the facilities, office equipment and systems
- Other tasks are required by management
REQUIREMENT
- Female/Male
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or any other related fields
- One-year experience in merchandise administration (is an advantage)
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Good at Chinese Speaking & written Communication skills
- Good analyzing, presenting and reporting skills
- A self-starter with the ability to prioritize duties among multiple
