I. Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provinces Dealer Sales Duties:
• Develop and research provinces areas of new market opportunities to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas, provinces wholesales sale strategies to drive growth
• Study and analysis provinces new market needs and provide provinces market sales forecasts and propose the expansion plan to top management
• Identify target market segments, budget plan and penetrate company's products to new market areas at provinces to expand the customer base.
• Develop and execute wholesales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Finding new dealer customers and build good relationship
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to assess effectiveness of sales strategies.
• Work closely with top management and marketing manager to develop effective promotional strategies for provinces sales growth
2. Provinces Sales Projects Duties:
• Research provinces areas of new projects market opportunities to identify potential areas.
• Understand the customer needs and collecting all project information to updated lead, account, decision maker and monitor projects progressing.
• Finding new customers and maintain good relationship and provide best service to project owner, developer, contractor, architecture at provinces areas.
• Keep on cold call, sites visit and meeting to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and meet potential clients or decision maker by growing, maintaining for deal closed won.
• Perform selling process, track and analyze sales performance metrics and customer feedback to assess effectiveness of sales plan and prepare sale forecasts and win plan.
• Prepare weekly, monthly projects progresses and sale reports and presentations for top management, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Other tasks as requested by Top Management.
II. Requirements
• At least 6-years working experiences as Wholesale Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager in construction industry is plus
• Master or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or related fields.
• Be able work under pressure, admin tasks and reports on Systems.
• Be able to work with provinces dealers and project customers
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills, problem solving and analysis skill
• Professional, results-oriented, and capable of building strong client relationships.
• Strong communication and good commend in English both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel to provinces for provinces customers.
