ABOUT YOUR ROLE • On the telephone, at reception or e-mails you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic. • Always keep calm – even when all the guests want a restaurant table at the same time. • Play your role as host/ hostess from the first “Hello” to the final “Take care, see you soon”. • Offer an attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints. • Address any remarks made by guests and ensures follow-up. • Promote the F&B offer • Prepare the bookings and special needs as required • Clean and tidies the outlet and preparation areas after closing • Organize your work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guests • Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Working shift: 4PM - 1AM • Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience is a plus • Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff. • Patience and customer-oriented approach • Responsible and trustworthy • Excellent grooming and presentation • High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
