Job Title: Bartender
Location: KOL Lounge
Working Hours: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (8-hour shift with 1-hour break)

We specialize in craft cocktails, premium spirits, and a carefully curated selection of wines and beers, paired with tapas-style small plates, finger foods, Asian-inspired dishes, local Khmer favorites, and Western classics.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to create an unforgettable bar experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in cocktail crafting, mixology, and beverage service, while also delivering top-tier customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drink Preparation & Service:
• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mixed drinks, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages according to KOL Lounge’s high standards.
• Craft signature and classic cocktails, ensuring consistency and creativity.
• Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and ingredients are well-stocked.
2. Customer Experience & Engagement:
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Engage with customers, upsell drinks, and suggest food pairings.
• Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
3. Inventory & Bar Maintenance:
• Monitor and manage bar inventory, including liquor, garnishes, and glassware.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Conduct routine checks on bar equipment and report any issues.
4. Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the lounge staff, including servers and kitchen team, to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in training new bartenders and barbacks when needed.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a lounge, bar, or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and customer engagement.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for mixology.
• Knowledge of bar inventory management and stock control.
