ABOUT THE ROLE:
• Manage day-to-day operations of both Restaurant, Bar areas and in house events.
• Conduct departmental daily briefings to discuss various aspects of food& beverages service
and preparation with employees and kitchen staff.
• Answer telephone calls according to company’s standards and coordinate all food and
beverages orders with the service team.
• Up-sell and promote food and beverage offers at every available opportunity in order to
maximize sales revenue.
• Supervise team members to ensure that all tasks assigned/required are carried out on time
and according to instruction and departmental standards.
• Inspect food & beverage quality regularly
• Maintain daily log book with clear and concise information on operations.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred but not mandatory.
• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
• Minimum 1/2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• A positive attitude, good communication and ability to work well under pressure with all
restaurant staff.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Capable to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an
advantage.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
• High degree of professionalism and a lot of fun.
• Leadership, interpersonal and training skills
• Team player and builder
