Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team and support the HR department with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in employee record management, recruitment support, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee attendance and leave records.
Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
