Responsibilities
●Coordinate and support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding.
● Administer and maintain the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
● Assist in organizing staff training and development programs to support employee growth and company objectives.
● Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
● Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a positive working environment.
● Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
● Provide reports and insights on hiring trends and recruitment effectiveness.
● Other tasks assign by management.
Requirement
● Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 1+ year of experience in recruitment, preferably in technology or financial sectors.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
● Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
● Working Monday-Friday (8AM-5:30PM) lunch break 2hour
