We're hiring a Recruitment Supervisor to shape our team by attracting and hiring top talent through effective local non-technical strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to proactively source potential candidates for diverse technical and non-technical roles.
• Establish partnerships with universities and colleges for internship and fresh graduate hiring and employment branding.
• Screen and assess applicants to ensure their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit align with the organization's requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and via remote tools, to evaluate candidates' knowledge and personal attributes.
• Enhance employer brand presence through targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to maintain a competitive edge.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
Key Skill Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, team members, and department heads.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
