Job Responsiblity: - Oversee all HR & admin responsibilities including talent acquisition, career development, retention, training, compensation and benefits. - Staff on-boarding, Personal file, employment contracts. - Monitor employee roster and attendance management. - NSSF registration and contribution and Payroll processing. - Recruitment & Training plan and Operation tasks. - Supervise various administrative tasks such as organizing administration, office, buildings, transportation, fuel and utility management, parking (Vehicles), hygiene security and safety. - Create various administrative letters including instruction, announcements, declarations, notifications, certification, memos. - Deal with problem among staffs. - Coordinate employee transfers, resignation and promotion. - Monthly payroll conducted. - Support with all head department of company and - Maintain HR procedures & HR policy that comply with labor law. - Manage all KPIs from each department, participate in performance evaluation discussions - Spread general information to staffs, customers and public about standard services - Prepare and coordinate event in the company such as meeting, khmer near year, end year party, staff of the months, etc Job Requirement: - Bachelor Degree of Human Resource or Related field - 3 Years experience+ in related job - Able to use computer and english - Advance Management and Human Resource Skills - Hard Worker APPLY JOB: 061646xxxClick To Call
