Job Description:
We are a leading technology company specializing in software development and payment gateway solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Supervisor to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring our HR processes align with best practices and support our ISO 9001:2015 quality management goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:
• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
• Supervise the performance management process and provide guidance to team leaders.
• Coordinate and deliver employee training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with management to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Assist in ISO 9001:2015 compliance initiatives related to HR functions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Cambodian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
