KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Order office supplies
- Processes expense reports
- Act as the point of contact for internal staff
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business admin and/or related field.
- Able to use English fluently (Chinese is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Words, in particular)
- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
