DUTIES • HR services within company such as recruiting, hiring, payroll, employee record-keeping including contracts, compensation & benefits for employees. • Develop, implement, review and propose new HR policies & procedures and strengthen internal rules and regulation implementation. • Develop new-employee orientation program, monitors employee relations, staff termination, record leave • Work with staff and management to facilitate staff development and training opportunities & programs. • Assist to promote employee welfare and positive working environment within the company. • Assist the Manager in making sure the Health and Safety practice are followed by the staffs. • Responsible on making sure the organizational chart of each department is up to date at the delegation from the manager. • Assist the manager in any staff issues and disciplinary such as warning. • New staff introductions and Conduct orientation on company policies and procedure, canteen, accommodation and company do and don’t to all new workers. • Responsible for processing with the issuance documents of workers/Staff uniform, Locker, ID Cards and reports • Monitor Labor Law updates and check the Company’s compliance the law. • Update the policies based on the labor law and Prakas. • Monthly report and declaration of staff flow in and out with the department of law bour. • Responsible for arranging the work permit for all Cambodian staff and foreigners. • Fillings all file of assign. • Others tasks might assign by manager.
REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor Degree in General Management, Administration Management and related field. • At least two years’ experience in HR Management. • Good computer skill, good knowledge of written and spoken English • Patient, flexible, honest, trustworthy, fast learner and team work.
