JOB RESPONSIBILITIE - Recruitment, selection, employees screening, interview - Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities for JCM NipponPaint - Develop and update job description and job specification - Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/recruitment website/colleges etc. - Work with HR Manager to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies - Participate in the interview and selection process by making recommendations on candidate suitability for positions - Build networks to develop a pool of candidates for various function - Giving feedback and problem solving with all staff - Other tasks assigned by HR Manager
