JD • Prepare employment contracts, suspension, and transfer contracts. • Create and maintain HR files and relevant documents. • Maintain and update the staff information. • Translated HR documents from English to Khmer. • Provide copies of relevant documents to other departments. • Monitor daily attendance • Monitor scheduled day-off as holiday • Record annual leave, sick leave, and other leave • Prepare monthly car rental, gasoline, water, and change lubricant monthly expend report. • Write PR for buying office supplies, first aid, and stationary. Benefit • Insurance • Meal Allowance • Public holiday, Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Special Leave, follow with Cambodai Law. • Sevice Charge • Staff Annual Parity • Staff Anual Trip • Seniority pay two times per year Work • Monday to Saturday, half day • Time 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
