Main Responsibilities of a Merchandising Officer Your main responsibilities will include: • Managing Product Master • Replenishment Order • New Arrival Order • Build good communications with Suppliers and clients • Event Planning and conducting any kinds of events with Marketing team; • Inventory Management; • Conducting regular store visits and market research to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and address any potential issues; • Establish report align with system generating and updating to the management; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Accounting and Finance, Marketing, and Sales, to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives.
****Education & Experience This position is open to Cambodian national only. • Degree in sales, Business Administration, or a related field; • 3 to 5 years’ experience in merchandising, retail / inventory control; • Fresh graduation students are encouraged to apply. • Strong negotiation skills • Strong communication & interpersonal skills; • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. • MS Office Suite (intermediate in Excel, word, power point). • Languages: Fluent in English, competency in either Japanese or Chinese (Mandarin) or other languages valuable but not required.
**** Other Details Working hours: Approximately 48hours per week; primary workdays shall be Monday to Sunday, 9 AM – 6 PM, with Roster schedule. Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia Reports to: Merchandise Manager Compensation: Tsutaya is offering a competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
